Are you a factory or a trading company?

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
It depends on the product type:
Ready stock retail: 1 carton (e.g., household trash bags, pet waste bags).
Custom orders: Usually 10,000–20,000 pieces, depending on complexity. Samples are welcome first.
Can I get samples? Is there a sample charge?
Yes. For existing products, we provide free samples (you only pay shipping). For fully customized samples, a sample fee applies but will be refunded when you place a bulk order.
Do you produce biodegradable plastic bags?
Yes. Since 2008, we have been producing 100% biodegradable bags made of PLA, PBAT, corn starch, etc., meeting EU and US environmental standards. They are very popular in North America and Europe.

Custom orders: Typically 15–30 days for production (depending on quantity & complexity), plus ocean/air freight. Total door‑to‑door time is approximately 15–45 days. We provide a clear timeline when you place the order.
Please provide: bag type, size, thickness, material (e.g., PE / biodegradable), artwork (AI/PDF), colors, quantity, and any special requirements (anti‑static, UV resistance, etc.). We will quote and suggest optimizations.
